1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility

To register and use the king55 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable law, where you have personally determined that accessing the platform is unlawful for you.
4. You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from king55 or any affiliated platform.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of king55 or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of any such person.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money play on king55, you are required to create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account on king55. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. king55 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. king55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. king55 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to successful identity verification.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

king55 operates a robust Know Your Customer process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. By using the platform, you agree to cooperate fully with our verification requirements.

5.1 Verification Documents

We may request any or all of the following documents at any stage of your relationship with king55:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP)
• A recent bank statement (within the last 90 days) from your nominated withdrawal account at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another accepted institution
• Proof of your registered mobile number and email address
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP, if requested

5.2 Verification Timelines

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction, or Rp 50.000.000 within a 30-day rolling period, will be held pending full KYC clearance.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players in higher VIP tiers may be eligible for increased deposit limits upon request and subject to additional verification.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes during normal banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may experience processing delays. king55 is not responsible for delays attributable to the banking system or your financial institution.

6.4 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. king55 reserves the right to return any deposit and request supporting documentation if the origin of funds cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, we will work with you to identify an approved alternative. All withdrawal accounts must be registered in your own name.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are determined by your account verification status and VIP tier. Full KYC-verified accounts are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

7.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following indicative timeframes:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: 15 to 60 minutes (during 07:00–22:00 WIB)
• CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, other local banks: 1 to 4 hours during banking hours
• OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja: Typically within 30 minutes

Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours (after 22:00 WIB or during national holidays in Indonesia, including Idul Fitri and Independence Day on 17 August) will be queued and processed on the next available banking day.

7.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must satisfy the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete to the level required for the requested withdrawal amount
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met, or the bonus must be forfeited prior to withdrawal
• No open fraud investigation or account security review is pending on your account
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified available real-money balance

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by king55 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering is typically required on eligible games only — certain game categories (including live dealer games and some table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8.4 Prohibited Bonus Activity

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus cancellation, withdrawal of associated winnings, and potential account suspension:

• Claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, payment methods, or household members
• Using bonus funds to place bets that collectively cover all possible outcomes of a single event (arbitrage or "matched betting" patterns)
• Systematically exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by king55
• Coordinating with other players to abuse referral or affiliate bonus structures

8.5 Modification or Withdrawal of Offers

king55 reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will have their existing bonus honoured under the original terms, unless fraud is suspected.

9. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on king55 are provided by licensed third-party game studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which take precedence in matters of game-specific dispute.

9.1 Random Number Generation

9.2 Togel Markets

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on king55 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in any way not sanctioned by king55
• Engaging in collusion with other players in card games, live casino tables, or any other multi-player game format
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such bugs must be reported immediately to support
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform
• Attempting to circumvent deposit or withdrawal limits through transaction structuring
• Using credit cards or borrowed funds to finance gambling activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by your local laws, using a VPN or other circumvention tool

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, king55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, howsoever caused
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party payment providers
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of live data feeds used in sports betting markets

In any event, king55's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to king55 in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the king55 platform — including but not limited to the king55 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of king55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of king55.

14. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data — including registration details, KYC documents, transaction history, and gaming activity — is governed by the king55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Amendments
